Cancellations

Appointments can be altered and cancelled up to 1 week in advance via our salon App with no charges. Find in your App Store searching LP Salon.


Any cancelations or alterations under 1 week will need to be done 72 hours prior to the appointment by phoning salon on 01924 565020. please note we we do not accept social media, google or email cancellations.

Cancelations or alterations under 72 hours but more than 24 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the booked appointment.


Alterations or cancelation under 24 hours will be charged in Full.

Any no Show to an appointment will be charged in full and any future appointments will be cancelled until the charge is paid.

* All charges are at the discretion of the company.

Complaints

All complaints must be emailed to Lp.hair@yahoo.com with your name contact phone number.


We will then endeavour to get back to you within 72 hours.

Skin tests

All clients for a colour service in salon must have a prior consultation, at this consultation we will carry out all relevant allergy testing. It is the clients responsibility to book this. These are Free of charge and must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

This can be done by phoning salon or via our salon app under the consultation section. If a client Has not had a consultation 48 hours prior to their service the appointment will be cancelled and will also lose any deposit paid.

48 hour window

We understand that occasionally not everything is perfect so we have a 48 hour tweak it window. We’re you can reach out and we will welcome you back to discuss / tweak the area in question free of charge. Outside of the 48 hour window normal charges will apply.
